Our Reselling Corner is the marketplace for buying and selling Zara products. We’ve created this experience to extend Zara’s garments useful life.
Here you will find Zara customers selling their garments. These pieces will be shipped directly to you from another Zara customer upon purchase.

Be sure to pay close attention to the images and descriptions provided by a seller. Sellers are encouraged to give detailed descriptions for their items and provide multiple photos, so their listings should provide you with everything you need to know about the garment.
Once you’ve selected the items you prefer, please add the requested details to complete the order.
Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
We will email you the order confirmation and remind you can review your activity on your account.
Once you receive your order, you’ll get an email asking you to confirm that the item is in the condition it was described in the listing. If it is not, you can decline the item, and a dispute investigation will be opened.
If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days, you can reach out to customer service who will contact the seller and track down the order for you.
We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. The garment will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.
Check the tracking number on your email to see the status of your order or contact us for a proof of shipment. You will receive a full refund If you don’t receive your item.
If you've purchased an item that isn't as advertised, then you can open a dispute. When you receive your order, you’ll get an email asking you to confirm that the item is in the condition it was described in the listing. If it is not, you can decline the item, and a dispute investigation will be opened. Our customer service will contact you for further steps.
As a buyer you are not able to cancel your purchase.
All purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask you to please return the item.
Not yet! The Zara Resell Corner is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the UK currently. We are unable to fulfill international shipping orders.
Yes, standard rate of £3.95 per order and seller. Please be aware that if you purchase from different sellers you will have to pay transport fee for each of them.
Yes, a fixed amount per transaction of £1 plus 5% of the purchase price. This will apply to the total of the items on your basket at the checkout (excluding transport costs & transaction fee).
